Named After The Famed Writer

Made with light rum and maraschino liqueur, shaken with fresh lime and grapefruit juices, served straight up in a coupe with a cherry. Named after Ernest Hemingway who was known to enjoy a drink or two while mingling with his writer friends. After Hemingway spent time in Cuba, he became quite fond of the daiquiri. The "Hemingway" was invented by a bar owner in Havana, a daiquiri twist on a rum sour.
